Quatuor Béla

Walled City Music presents Quatuor Béla, one of France’s leading string quartets. Recognized for its "diabolical technique" and guided by the personality and work of Béla Bartok, the quartet play with sincere conviction. The quartet are passionate about 20th century repertoire and championing new compositions. The programme will feature Beethoven’s Serioso quartet, Fauré’s only string quartet along with new works by NI based composers Simon Mawhinney, Piers Hellawell and Pedro Rebelo.
