The Walled City Music Festival concludes in radiant style with Ailish Tynan (soprano) and Cathal Breslin (piano) in a recital that weaves together the lush beauty of late Romantic song, beloved operatic arias, and the timeless charm of Irish music.
At the heart of the programme are Richard Strauss’ Four Last Songs, a shimmering, deeply moving masterpiece. Tynan’s warmth, clarity, and expressive power will bring every note to life, with Breslin’s sensitive piano accompaniment enhancing the poetry and drama.
