Walled City Music Festival

The Walled City Music Festival returns to Derry in March with another unforgettable celebration of world-class classical music. Set against the historic backdrop of the city’s Great Hall at Ulster University Magee, this year’s festival promises a diverse and inspiring programme featuring internationally renowned musicians and rising stars alike.

Audiences will be treated to the lyrical brilliance of Martina Filjak at the piano, the debut of the brand-new Walled City Music Chamber Orchestra, captivating performances from violinist Kirill Troussov alongside pianist Alexandra Troussov, and the exquisite vocal artistry of Irish soprano Ailish Tynan. Alongside these headline artists, the festival’s carefully curated lineup showcases a rich mix of chamber works, solo recitals, and collaborative projects designed to delight seasoned music lovers and new audiences alike.
